We are currently awaiting Telstra to run a new cross connect and Tokyo will return to full performance.

Identified

The datacenter has been rejecting the shipments, we've contacted them multiple times confirming its a legitimate package and it has been escalated to our account manager, awaiting further instructions from them.

We have pre-emptively ordered a replacement part as we continue to look into this issue.
