Identified - The Path NOC has been informed that one of our primary Tier 1 Transit ( NTT ) is experiencing a subsea cable cut. Which at peak times is causing packet loss between Europe and USA. We are working to reroute traffic around the affected network to resolve any related issues.

Identified - Our Network Operations Center (NOC) has been notified of several subsea cable disruptions occurring concurrently in Japan, Singapore, and Sydney. These incidents are contributing to elevated latency levels within the affected regions through all Tier 1 upstreams. We have been assured that as new information becomes available, we will be in a position to offer more precise recovery time estimates.

Scheduled - We will be undergoing a maintenance during this time which has the potential to cause a very brief interruption for users routing through this PoP that are connected to an application behind the TCP symmetric, Minecraft: Java Edition, or GTA V Multiplayer Server filter. This preventative maintenance is necessary in order to ensure the highest level of quality of service for these aforementioned filters going forward.

Monitoring - We've successfully reinstated services in Phoenix, replaced the faulty hardware, and configured the core switches to operate in an active-active mode. Additionally, we've implemented precautions to ensure that any potential future failures will have minimal impact.
We are currently monitoring the infrastructure to make sure everything is stable.

Update - We've substituted the hardware with a spare unit and activated it in backup mode. Currently, everything is confirmed to be stable within this Point of Presence (PoP) as we proceed to open a case with the hardware vendor regarding a potential software bug.
